Is that recommened?

I don't think it is...but I thought I'd ask the experts.

If so...let me know what size tank is recommended.

No, it is dangerous as they can be territorial. The care sheet has a few horrer stories, and explains in detail why you shouldn't house them together. Even if they are ok for years, you are going to come home one day to two very beat up skinks.

One bluey per cage.

It is best to keep one per cage. Too bad though i wish I could keep a whole bunch together

Recommended? Not by many.
Possible? Sure.
Worth the risk? Not in my opinion.

I saw a bad photo last night of a shingleback whos owner thought he'd be ok with a goanna or something it was, a lot bigger than a shingle....poor thing had a bite to the eye area....not pretty.
But the bluey and bluey question gets different answers i've found. Quite a lot of Aussies keep them together whereas the Americans don't.....

ive found it depends on the species,northerns are a definate house alone species,they can get narky with each other,ive been keeping blotched and easterns together for 27 years with out probs,depends on the sexes with easterns though,as ive found they can be a little fiesty at times,so probably best alone for them as well,has alot to do with the room available,id recommend a large,and i mean large cage with plenty of hides and to keep an eye on them to see how they seem,but like i said,some species can be very quarrelsome so to be on the safe side,best kept alone,that way there not stressed as much and like what has been said,they may be fine for years then one day decide they dont like the otherone,and thats when things can go pear shaped,but i keep my centralians as a group,also blotcheds,stumpies and westerns,but the westerns are still young so things will change there shortly,as they can be fiesty over food and supprisingly over water

Don't do it! I know a few people who have done it and it always ended badly missing toes and the like

Unless you have a great big outdoor pit, then yes.
Otherwise no, because blue tongue skinks do tend to get very terretorial.

I would't risk it. It would be hard to forgive yourself if it all went pear shaped.

If you've got room for one cage, can you not just put no.2 on top, hey you could start making a skinky block of flats hahhaaaa
