BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

took pics and decided to be in a lighter mood this morning, even if i have been so worried about Boris.

first up Boris..

his coloration seems lighter now compared when he was still a baby.. he gaped and tried to bite me when i peek under the newspaper where he was this evening, is that normal? could be irritated because i was bugging him? heheh






next Bowie.
i hope this guys becomes a true chomper...
he is around 2month old according to the breeder.
is he thin? too small for a 2month olD?

i love the light colors of Bowie, i hope he stays tame and sweet, doing my best to handle him every now and then.
i still need to nudge him to his food to eat, i envy those BTS that charges the plate whenever there is food.. sigh..oh well.

What type is bowie?

They both are cute. Full body pictures from the top help showing their bodies compared to their tales helps with saying if they are too skinny. Can you get a scale? Keeping weights helps with the worring. Frankie always waits for a few months after warming up before she really starts to eat. I use to freak out but now as long as her weight stays around the same I don't stress.

I just couldn't remember who had what with all these new babies and before I gave you the wrong advice I wanted to make sure. Tannies grow slower then northerns and IJ. They also don't get as big as them. I think they top off around 16 inches.

yes Jenn, read it in the caresheet. Funny that the breeder told me that they grow fast.. hehe i just didnt say a word with him..
