lucky me

i have just been reading some of the other posts and also went back to the descriptions of the different types of bts.

if loki is a tanimbar and looking at pictures it certainly seems the case than i cant belive how lucky i am that he is so tame! i guess getting him so young - about 3-4 weeks and hand feeding him tasty things (and not being properly warey of him lol) has been my saving grace. i saw the hissing video again and that sounded so much like him the first few days i had him. also i guess that explains why he seems smaller than other 3 month bts as it says they are slower to grow to adult size.

he is so tame now im glad i got such a baby. he is also getting better about eating his greens. i use his version of tomato ketchup which is cranberry sauce and that makes it ediable. i have also started feeding him every other day so he is hungry, otherwise he often refuses.

when i took him into work with me the day he was going to the vet he kept a beady eye on everyone. he was burried apart from one eye and nostrol and kept staring at my asistant manager. it was so cute.

I think it's that brave soul that starts with a tanimbar. I choose a Northern so my chances of getting a pet that didn't scare me senseless were good. I loved the bit about Loki keeping an eye on your Asst. Manager. Too funny Who's gonna mess with a chica who has a reptile in her purse?
