Heya all.

I noticed tonight that Sidnie's underside as turned pink. She has a dark pink line at her tail base and its really dark going down to the tip of her tail. She's pink halfway up her stomach but its more faded. She's never had this coloring before. She's always been white. Could it be some kind of infection or maybe her coloring has just changed? I tried to take pics but they didn't show up. :/ But she had major diarrhea last night after i fed her but i think that might have been b/c she had egg. Tho she's had it before and it hasn't done this. Her appetite is good, she does seem a bit slow, but otherwise good. Any advice? :/

My northern has a pink belly, especially after his shed. My Yellow Tanny has a very orange/pink belly, bright colors. My silver tanny has no color on his belly. I think the bellies probably gain some color as the bluey ages. If you can, get a picture of the parents belly, it'll probably be the same.

Mine's an IJ and he's always had a pink belly, more so at shed time.

Chuff's belly is a salmon colour, and he's a Merauke. He has never gotten Diarrhea from egg, I was going to suggest that if it keeps up for a few days, and his appetite isn't any better, get a fecal done at the vet to check for parasites.
By the way can you post pics of his belly? :)

Thanks guys. :)

I was just a little worried b/c she's never been pink before. But I'll definitely keep an eye on her.

And I'll take some pics tonight and post them for you. :)

Spike also have a pink belly. He was coming out of burmation last year when I first really noticed it. I freaked a bit to because I thought something was wrong.
