I wash my hands before handling Jubby most of the times and always after. If I'm intentionally going to get him I wash first, but sometimes if I'm just walking past his tank I'll stick my hand to give him a pat without going to wash first.

Hand washing after patting my dogs? well I would be doing it constantly...I'm always patting and rubbing them!

She decided to start getting into it a few months ago. A lot has been going on lately--me moving into my first apartment, my brother's graduation, etc. etc.--so she hasn't gotten into it as much as she'd like. But I've seen her do her sungazing, it's really insane stuff. She can stare at the setting sun for an hour. :shock: I looked for three seconds and I saw spots for 10 minutes. Then again, she has been practicing... but still...

Judging by her appearance, no. But she exercises a lot (she talkes really long walks every day), so if she started losing what little fat she has, it might be replaced with muscle and then she might actually weigh more. Weight can be such a confusing thing :freaks:. She definitely didn't start doing this with the idea of losing weight--she lost a ton when she got really sick. She looks about the same to me.

Haha, yeah, this stuff really becomes like another language with some people. Some of the stuff I read on my indigo forums is a lot like this--there are lot of words, but I don't get too much out of it.

so your mom doesnt eat or drink? From those one site the one says they dont eat or drink and the other one said you eat fruits and some veggies
