When I hear the Weird AL song, WHITE AND NERDY, I cannot help but think of Kyle.

Picard!

And my father is totally the whitest and nerdiest. I showed him the music video, and when they have Weird Al and that other guy in front of an equation, he got all excited and was like "Hey! That's the [something I don't remember] equation! It's correct and simplified! They must have consulted a physicist!"

Totally nerdy.

I like Arkangel's avatar too. It's very festive! I also loved the St. Patrick's Day picture that she took last year of her daughter and Oregon. Maybe she'll post that too!!

Hey Zach, don't you have a website layout for St. Patty's Day?

I totally went blank and forgot to post the Feb. valentine theme, and probably would have forgotten this one too if it weren't for Marie calling and leaving me a few death threats. Ok, so she just PMed me, but just the same. :hehe: This is one of my favorite themes and I would have been sad if we missed it.

So, thanks Marie, and DOUBLE THANKS Marie for making these graphics!

Everyone thank Marie -- her artistic genius is why we get these cool bluey graphics each month.

Also a reminder: if you click the little spinning clover, it takes you to the bottom of the page. It's a fun shortcut if you find yourself scrolling to the bottom a lot at any given time. There are also "Back to top" links on the left of every post made.

If you click the main bluey graphic in the top left, it takes you back to the main discussion area.

There is a refresh link at the bottom of every page.

You just need to refresh a bunch of times -- the old photos are still in your cache since you visit so much. ;)

Cool skink Pics!

Postby mouseinamilkbottle » Fri Mar 09, 2007 5:55 am

Check out this site. It's the museum of Victoria website, and it has beautiful pictures of plenty of skinks, including blue tongues. I love it because it has some great photos of some of the smaller skinks you don't hear much about.

You can click on the thumbnails to see more detail. In particular, make sure you have a closer look at McCoy's Skink, Bougainville's Skink, Southern Rainbow Skink and Corangamite Water Skink. The patterns and colours are incredible on some of them.
