Do it Do it Do it! They screech a bit (the cicadas, that is), but it doesn't last long :hehe: Do you only get them at the height of summer? We do, and it depends on the previous seasons. We had a bountiful crop this year. It's THE sound of summer here. Well, that and magpies (aussie magpies) at dawn, lawn mowers, whipper snippers and kids mucking about in pools. Oh, and flies.

*sigh* we are shortly heading into winter here :cry: However, 28C this past week, so still a way away yet!

Cicadas are very random around here. I honestly haven't seen a good number of them for about 10 years or so. They do go in decade cycles around Nevada though. They're also a b**tch to catch!!!
