Boomer got mites!!!!!

Postby reptile4life » Thu May 31, 2007 9:37 am

Alright guys I feel like the stupidest person alive right now. Boomer got mites and that is why he hasn't been eating and barley sleeping. I am using a product in a aerosol can called "Prevent a Mite" and it seems to be working. How long do you guys think it will be until he gets back on his 4 legs and starts eating my yummy salads?

The last time I remember reading good mite advice was from Kristine. PM "Arkangel," if needed...

When Sunny arrived with mites, I used Reptile Relief. It's water based, and completely non-toxic. I rubbed his body, cleaned his cage with it, and cleaned out underneath his scales with a toothpick.

+ 2.2 Irian Jaya (Slurpy, Nona, Sassy, Cool Moe Dee)
+ 1.1 Eastern (Eugene, Enzo)
+ 1.2 Northern (Niko, Pearl, Peach)
+ 1.0 Tanimbar Island (TQ)

exactly what I did with marley, never saw a mite after the 2nd treatment(which is the 3rd or 4th day). Reptile relief rocks.
