yeah - I agree - language is interesting, I call a nightcrawler a worm, a locust a grasshopper, a cicada a cicada or locust and a roach a roach.
A cricket is a cricket - we get big black ones and the greenish ones you get from the pet store. also Cricket is a game that us Aussies constantly smash England in - hehehe just wanted to rub it in a little leigh! :P

I get the most amused when it's all the same base language with differant slng and variations. England, America, And Australia all speak primarily english but in such differant ways it's oftan hard to understand each other. same goes for spaish speakers from spain and spanish speakers from mexico and don't even get me started on spanglish.

Nightcrawlers are really long worms that come out at night. They're really long, way longer than an earth worm.
The Humane Society took Michael Vick's pit bulls, asked for public money to help them, then decided it would be best to kill them... adopt from No Kill shelters http://www.roas.petfinder.com

•Blue - Northern BTS
•Severus - Silver Tanny
•Cheyenne - Pit Bull/Lab
•Sunny - Pit Bull/Beagle
•Gryffin & Tucker - Kitties
