if anyone would know what i had to do it would be very appreciated, especially a person who actually lives in western australia would be pretty helpful.....

NSW is good, just get a $60 licence and it covers a lot of animals, scorps don't need licences.

For blueys (skinks), scorpians and geckos you dont need reptile licences but for snakes you do.
I live in Victoria/Australia so im not sure if these rules apply in WA.

for the best information, you're better off going here...

in NSW though you just send away to NPWS and pay to get your licence.

in austrialia, we can only keep native animals. in most states theres one or two animals included or left off (eg, in Queensland and NSW you cant keep crocodiles but can keep rough scaled pythons yet in victoria and a few other states you can keep crocs but not roughies)

in western australia like this forumer is from, you can only keep species native to that state.

basically only natives but each state has a list from all the natives which you can keep in that state. some have better laws or systems than others but all are different.

well if you look at that link russman gave (thanks mate, its the same one i found lol) then it shows iff you go down to mildly venemous snakes and go to the bottom of those you will see coral snake, that means they must be native or nsw state has some problems with their typos?
