Yup, he's a big handsome kei!!! He's a lovebug but can be very skittish. Baylee is captive born. Cordy is a long term captive and no where as nice as Baylee. She has calmed down a lot after all the handling to go in and out of the pit this summer. Like Indos most of them do not make good first time skinks. I've never dealt with a tanimbar so I don't know this for sure but there have been people put them meaner then tanimbars. They are starting to slow down so finger's crossed that Baylee actually cools this winter and that we have little baby keis next spring.

they're good. No sign of slowing down yet though. I have their lights on from 9am to 7pm now and I'll continue to decrease that until they have about 6 hours of daytime and we'll hope for the best.

Just to stay with the topic though...

for the most part she's a sweety. She HATES to be startled while she is hiding though. She'll squirm like no other and huff and puff with all her might. She still isn't aggressive, I think it just stresses her out. If she is out and about she'll be handled with no fuss.
