Show us your enclosure!

Postby luckyblue » Thu Mar 06, 2008 12:31 am

Hey everybody,

Would love to see pics of some various enclosures and the different props you use in them. Ours is pretty plain at the moment - would love to do it up a little. Let me know what your blueys love the best.

Cheers x

Hi I have several outdoors as temps here are suitable 12 months of the year. But have 10 vivs for sick skinks , from my experience a movable outdoor is ideal .They love nuzzling through long green grass and it amazing to watch them in there semi natural bush and hollow logs. We can get inside them and check on weights and overall healthas many are carrying injuries .. Good topic

These are for pairs to stay togher ..Have alot of these to  Image
These were in a garden togher and the women called a ranger to have them removed . And they were both injured from lawn mowers to blindness .. sweethearts Valantines day every day 4 Fry ..He loves her :P

These are my favorites with a water proof roof at one end . BuildingImage
a new one now with colorbond and timer frame .Some we found last weekend end full of parasites an suffringImage

starvation . Here Is 4 out doors a crow fly off with this new born and we watched them fighting in the sky ..Then it was dropped onto its nose and smashed all the nasal bones and neck poor thing was getting belted by 3 or 4 crows ..on the ground ..Outdoors that can be moves on hot days
Or cooler days

The yard is 1 big encloser 700 square meters ...funny and nice to meet up with ol mates .. they do come to the back door for a egg yoke or mango treat :ohyes: :ohyes:

Ian, Do you have a problem with them grating their faces on the wire?, or do you move the males somewhere else in spring?
