Dora was our first blue tongue. I got her as a sub-adult and she has always had a super sweet temperament, easy to handle and very tame. She is nearly 700 grams and nearly 4 feet long from snout to tip of tail. She is the girl that started my obsession with blue tongues. Orinally thought to be I.J. turnes out she is a Merauke.

I've asked about that a few times, but never really gotten a response. I imagine it's just a typo.

I voted for blueys because I decided that cats are in a different catagory. Mine think they own the house and I'm just here to serve them so they aren't pets.

Edward, I think you'd better quickly qualify this to say a picture of a bluey that really is 4 foot long before our resident Photoshoppers start posting pics and demanding money!

I can't be sure on this poll... Skinks were my one and only reptile love, until I found beardies... But skinks are so special too... Choosing is too hard!

0.1 one-eyed Indonesian blue tongue skink - Sarah
0.0.1 yellow ackie - Horacio
1.0 reverse oketee corn snake - Bernard
1.0 ball python - Patrick
2.0 guinea pigs (I know, they're not herps!) - Punky, Jeepers

I was half hoping someone would take the time to create some believable pictures of one. (And yes, as I wrote, I want pictureSSSSS, not just one.) You know, like next to a measuring tape or something and of course the body proportions would have to look right and not just like an enlarged image of a regular BTS. (I'm such a biology nerd.) :nerd:

BAHA! I nearly laughed my butt off when I saw that underlined part. That's definately a typo. lol. Sorry about that. Must have been sleeping or dreaming or something. That is supposed to be 2 feet not 4. sorry about that.
Now that she is over 3 years old she is 2 feet 1 inch and 750 grams. :)

Sorry for the delayed reponse too, don't get to frequent the site as much as I'd like. ;)
