I think you've got an Ij/indo cross, and an Indo, you should think about getting a pedicure for slinky sooner than later, and stinky could do with a tredmill, fair shout for saving them, "A bird cage", thats the worst housing I've heard of yet,did you give the bloke a post some more pics we love'em here, put them in with "Post a reply" via the upload pics in the top right corner

pretty much... not completely solid, but more solid than others. these, of course, are not solid at all. the merauku-looking one has one leg that is blotched and the other has some well-defined lines. looks like some mixed genetics... that's what makes me think "hybrid".

if the other one had a bit of dark scales around the face, i would get really excited and be thinking centralian, but that is even more unlikely than the other being pure merauku. i'm gonna stick with wild-caught hybrids or con-man raised hybrids.

either way, they are in safer hands for now.

About the stripey back legs.... they both got em. Not sure about them being wild caught tho, i traced the last three owners and apparently the "first" owner as far as i can make out had them for about a year from being babies, the second guy had them for 2 years and the guy i took them from had them 18 months. Dont know if I can count some rings somewhere to tell how old they are tho...
They have been housed together all that time ( I work it out at about 5 years or so) and dont seem to have any damage.


About the pedicure.... how do i do that? I noticed the toe nails were long, just had experience doing my own but nails is nails huh?

i don't know about cutting nails. never done it... i doubt i ever will.

mine will need to go to the vet and 'll let the vet do it.

It's not to hard. Make sure you touch their feet alot so they are use to you messing with them. It makes cutting them easier.
