I totally picked my house with my cats and skinks in mind. We've been taking advantage of the unusally warm weather and the kei's got out for a few hours this afternoon. They didn't really get a lot of sun because it was crazy foggy but they got to run and play so they enjoyed it. Russ, who said anything about giving you your skinks back!

Ouch! Better late than never!!
Yes, I was told that to move to France they need a microchip. Soooo....little "Hissy" lives in a biolgy class in Jacksonville Illinois now.
Better get some converters too if you choose to take your heat lamps, etc.etc. (220v over there!! and well stocked reptile sections of pet stores are not the norm from what I saw. And things are SOOO much more expensive. Take what you can from the states.
I actually have several coverters that I would be willing to give to anyone who wanted to pay shipping for them or come get them.

Dawn, good point! I forgot how huge the electric plug ins are in England! I felt like a little kid whenever I plugged anything in, and when I got back to the States, the electrics are so tiny now!

Well, we have been researching a move to Italy, and you have to have a lot of experience teaching - and we are both recent grads and havent had the time to get experienced. We could get an internship that wouldnt pay anymore than to pay bills.. so I don't know if we will do it. I will keep ya posted though.
