What is Carefresh called in Australia again? I need to put it on the caresheet as Mouse in the monkeybottle suggested.

+ 2.2 Irian Jaya (Slurpy, Nona, Sassy, Cool Moe Dee)
+ 1.1 Eastern (Eugene, Enzo)
+ 1.2 Northern (Niko, Pearl, Peach)
+ 1.0 Tanimbar Island (TQ)

I just talked about Australian substitutes here. In addition to the two mentioned, there's one called Breeder's Choice, which is pelleted, not flaked. I don't use it myself, because I prefer the flaked texture. I'm sure it'd work just as well, though.

I also suggested some UK alternatives, but I don't know how good these are because I haven't used them, I just googled them for a UK forum member.

It's Dr. Harry's Magical Fluff or something, what the heck was it again? The "Carefresh of Oz," that is.

Hey Ian, is that shingle the one that was run over or is that what the bobtail flu does to the poor buggers?

He ought to laff. Or whos coat's this jacket, all meant with no nasty under tones, and they use butt instead of mate

Thank god we're off the circulatory systems of computer cooling systems. Next you'll be telling us you have the radiator of a Mac truck with an M16 wired to your 200, 50 gig hard drives. I know for sure though that beer and keyboards don't work together well in the same enclosure!!!!!!!! :shh:

How's about another gorgeous video?

A beautiful composite video of a Five Lined Skink that lives in the poster's garden. A great descriptive passage next to the video that's worth reading, too. Keep an eye out for the iguana!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXecagwR ... ed&search=

This nature lover has heaps of other videos of reptiles, birds and deer that I will never get the time to watch on my dialup - this one took about an hour to download!

EDIT: There's an earlier vid of this same skink devouring a caterpillar.

That's why Nevada is great... too dry for floods, to mountainous for tornadoes, too landlocked for hurricanes, too cold for killer bees and too hot for attacking polar bears! :hehe:

Deadeye, if it weren't for you I wouldn't know half the stuff that goes on in my own country. You are like my own personal news guy, comedian, and reference book on all things Australian.

Beautiful barn owl. Up here their nickname is monkeyfaced owl. That must be the reason for the monkey faced lizards. :)
