Totally NEW OFF TOPIC

Just got my Nokia N95 (on OH's plan - $10.50/month for 24.) This thing is insane. I don't even need a hand bag except for my credit card and mascara!

was it a toyota by chance? My uncle's toyota truck got stolen as well as several other toyotas on his street. Just curious.

Poor Zach!! And I thought I was having a bad week. :hug:

I just saw one of those nightly "specials" about car thieves. I've been worried sick about it since. I was surprised to learn the thief actually only gets a few hundred dollars for brand new $40,000+ vehicles. The chop shop makes all the money. It doesn't help that I had the lock on my Avalanche punched in a few months ago. I must have interrupted the thief before he could get in. :notwise:

Somebody needs to track down all the forum old timers and kick their butts. Or at least make them feel guilty. :hehe:

This is totally random, but I'm so excited -- a few weeks ago, I caught my first Robust Redhorse. These are giant rare suckers that live in the southeast, very tough to find and even tougher to get a net around even from the shock boat. This was the first girl I caught, she'd been radio tagged last year and is the 2nd biggest one on record. They're really beautiful fish, the pic doesn't do them justice. Anyway, my boss had been building the pressure all winter on how hard they were to net, so I thought I would NEVER catch one! :nervous:

Ahhh, I love my job! (PS, we do just tag and release these, they are a state endangered species)

That is a cool looking fish!! Kinda primitive. We have freshwater sucker fish, but nothing that big!

Carp have whiskers silly wabbit.

But boy the carp make your heart race when you see those red fins pop up -- but then you see the mouth barbels and you dump it back in the river! Carp bad, redhorse good!

Hi Zack did ya get ya truck back ? ...Dad said dang he lost a Ute 350 small block chev , on LP gas . It was just a shell , full of bundy& cola cans a tow truck driver towed it ...We use steering club locks and dad has a dead switch cuts the coil off (in a secret spot). But if they want your ride like they did ours . Tow trucks .

A holden bedford van they did up , when ozzie,s were in there sandman panel vans. This Van had never been seen in ozz, took years a dodge diff alot of stuff came out in a crate from the USA . The other 350 small block for the Ute had all the fruit from a Camaro .They filled the shipping container up with chevrolet stuff.Heads a 67 model corvette stingray with a 450 chev. Good luck

There is a fish called the "Cui-ui" that exists only in Pyramid Lake here in Nevada that does look like that odd thing Shadowfax caught.

OMG I was so caught up in my phone I didn't even notice the truck thing.

Did you get it back? Was it insured?

What an awful thing - lucky you didn't have a new phone or a fantastic fish in it when it got taken - otherwise people might've noticed!!!!!!!!!!

With all these OT faux pas's --- Perhaps consideration to a new OT forum rather than a hugely long disjointed thread might be a consideration.

With all the time spent putting "foots" down here an there for all the "naughty people" etc. - wouldn't it just be easier? There are other forum topics that are so not used, perhaps a couple could be merged into an OT.

Bite me .... it's just a suggestion. :lol:

I like this idea too. It's so hard to reply to one post here. But I also noticed the idea was shot down in the "guidelines/rules" area. Glad I'm not the only one that feels lost on this thread.
