Would it be okay to prepare like a weeks worth of food? Use a food chopper and prepare a weeks worth of food, give him his portion for the day and keep the rest in the refrigerator. And next feeding just take it from the refrigerator? Or is it better to prepare it each time i feed?
Thanks!

Well, it depends on what kind of foods you are preparing, I guess...
If you are using leafy greens (collards, kale, etc.) then it probably wouldn't be such a good idea to cut it up and mix it with other things for a week. It could work, but think about how long a salad lasts if you try to keep it in the fridge...usually only a day or two at most (for me anyway).
If you are making the meat parts and other "hard" foods then I think it should be ok for a week.
All in all, I would say that it should be fine, but in my opinion, it is always better to just make it "fresh" and not mix too many things together or "process" (chop, slice, etc.) them until just before feeding, that is just my opinion and only due to the kind of food that I use.

I throw all my veggies together and they last about a week. I just put it in a storage container (gladware) and put a papertowel on top of it. Everytime I open it to use it, I throw away the paper towel and put a new on back on top. I store the containers upside down that way the water and moisture get soaked up on the paper towel. Has worked for me for over a year now.
