maybe or she just wanted to know what your finger tasted like. It's also possible it was just in the way and she wanted you to move it.

How old is it? Do you know? Or have any idea? How long is she? If she is younger than a year, you may want to offer food every day if she will eat it. I only switched to everyother day with mine after they turned one.

Yeah, I would venture a guess it is less than 6 months old. I would offer food every day until it starts to eat less.

Tanimbars are really small so you can have one that is close to a year and only 10 or 11 inches. But you dont have a tanny.. From your pic though it kinda looks like you could have a kei.. and they grow slow too, so it could be older in that case as well.. But if it truely is an eastern like you thought it is, then chances are its pretty young, and I would feed it every day. :D I hope that made some sort of sense.
